       a. Building and Site Review:

                 1) 2017-AR-07: Applicant Frank Cortese is requesting approval for the replacement of a building mounted sign for Units 5 and 6 and change the panel on the monument sign which is located at 384 College Avenue.

                 2) 2017-AR-08: Applicant Park? Development is requesting a conceptual review of a proposed mixed use complex to be located at 220 Keowee Trail. (Public Comment will be taken at this meeting.)
