1. Call to Order

2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance – Council Member Cox

3. Public Session – Receive public comments that may or may not be on this agenda

4. Approval of Minutes – June 5, 2017

5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
     a. Receive a presentation of the revised Public Art Plan from Ms. Julie Peters, Arts and Culture Commission Chairperson – Ms. Lindsey Newton, Administration.
     b. Discuss reduction of Parking Requirement for mixed-use and multi-family projects within 1-mile of campus – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning Director.
     c. Staff and Council reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:
      a. Consider for 2nd Reading the proposed Budget Ordinance for fiscal year 2017-2018 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
      b. Consider 2nd Reading of a proposed Amendment to Article VII Sign Regulations, Section 19-705 and 19-706 of the Zoning Ordinance – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning Administrator.
      c. Consider 1st Reading of a proposed Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to change the table 19-405 Table of Standards for Conditional Uses and Special Exceptions in Non-residential Districts to reduce the depth of required commercial space on the ground floor of mixed-use buildings – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning Administrator. (This item was tabled last meeting.)
      d. Item Request – Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a letter of intent to work cooperatively with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to replace a pedestrian bridge structure at 12 Mile Beach Park in lieu of making the Utility Lease payment of $140,000 to the federal treasury (for the 50-year utility easement renewal fee) – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
      e. Consider changing the date (or cancellation) of the City Council regular scheduled meeting of July 3, 2017, due to conflict with the annual Clemsonfest Event and the Independence Day Holiday – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
      f. Item Request – Consider setting date and time for public hearings on an amendment to a PD and a rezone request – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning Director.
