a. Item Request
 – Consider 2nd Reading of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 19: Section 19-404; Endnotes 9 & 10 Appending Table 19-404-1 – CM District to correct scrivener’s error – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning Administrator.

b. Item Request – Consider the Bid for installation of 429 LF of 8 FT sidewalk and 123 LF of 8 FT painted cross walk extending the walkway in Totties Place Park across the stream and meeting up with the finished installed bridge – Mr. Nathan Hinkle, Stormwater Mgr.

c. Item Request – Consider a Memorandum of Agreement between Clemson University, acting through the Joseph F. Sullivan Center and the City of Clemson for Specified Health Services: Scheduled Access to Acute Care.  This is a renewal of an existing agreement at the same terms, conditions and fee for services – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

d. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance which approves and adopts a Parking Lease Agreement between CCSHP Clemson, LLC and the City of Clemson, South Carolina, regarding 40 parking spaces in the Earle Street Apartment parking garage – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator & Ms. Mary McCormac, City Attorney.

Adjourn to Work Session:
a. enCode Plus demo for City Code of Ordinances.
b. Discuss possible changes to parking rates & fees for the Keith and Earle Street parking garage facilities.
c. Discuss the concept of hiring independent Architects to assist the Board of Architectural Review.
d. Review and discuss price models for the possible reduction of parking spaces for developments served by CAT Bus.
