5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
     a. Staff and Council reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:
    a. Consider 2nd Reading of text amendments to the Rental Housing Ordinance – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning & Codes Administrator.
    b. Consider 2nd Reading of an amendment to Chapter 12, Article II of the City Code of Ordinances for Solicitors, Peddlers, & Sidewalk Vending – Ms. Beverly Coleman, City Clerk.
    c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance that terminates the 1998 Tax Increment Financing and Redevelopment Plan of the City of Clemson – Ms. Mary McCormac, City Attorney.
    d. Consider the City of Clemson providing a Multi-year Financial Sponsorship commitment to the Miss Clemson and Miss Teen Clemson scholarship programs – Mayor J.C. Cook.
    e. Consider a Resolution that names the Berkeley Drive pedestrian bridge as the “Green Crescent Trail Bridge” and directs staff to install appropriate signage that identifies the new bridge in accordance with said City Council naming policy of this structure – City Council.
    f. Consider purchase of a replacement K-9 – Police Chief Jimmy Dixon.
    g. Consider approval of a contract with Alta Design to conduct a transit, traffic, parking and streetscape study for College Avenue – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
    h. Consider setting a Public Hearing Date for four recommendations from the Planning Commission – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
    i. Consider Bid the reconstruction of the detention pond adjacent to Cambridge Rd. and installation of new rip rap and concrete flume – Nathan Hinkle, Stormwater Manager.
    j. Consider Bid results for the Fabrica Waterline Replacement Project – Chris Shivar, Assistant City Engineer.
