City Council Special Called Meeting
Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 12:00 noon
Upper Conference Room, Clemson City Hall

1. Call to Order

2. Proclamation: Clemson Local Business Week – Mr. David Lane, Clemson Area Chamber President & CEO.

3. Policy/Action:
     a. Consider 2nd Reading of Lease Purchase Agreement Ordinance for capital equipment (grinder and sanitation truck) – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
     b. Consider bids for mast arm signal installation at Chapman Hill Road/Issaqueena Trail – Mr. Kent Guthrie, City Engineer.
     c. Consider a request from the Clemson Sertoma Club to place signage at ACE Hardware (due to RR Bridge equipment) to direct persons for Christmas tree sales to their temporary location at Publix from November 28th through December 26th – Council Member Ducworth.     
     d. Consider bids for City group health insurance coverage for 2018 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator & Ms. Tracy Taylor, Human Resources Coordinator.

4. Executive Session:
     a. Consider appointments to the Board of Architectural Review – Section 30-4-70(a).

NOTE: Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
