5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive an update on the Abernathy Boardwalk community build project planned for March 19-24, 2017- Spring break 2018 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
    b. Staff and Council reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:
    a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for proposed changes to Permits and Plan Review Fees per Chapter 5, Building, Construction and Related Activities, Article 1 - Section 5-3 of the City Code of Ordinances – Mr. Stacey Blackwell, Building Official.
    b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for proposed major amendments to Patrick Square PD to reduce the amount of commercial space by 50,000 sq. ft. and increase the amount of assisted living units – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
    c. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for proposed major amendments to the Grandmarc PD to address the inclusion of a fitness center amenity; the inclusion of a possible commercial fitness center; a minor adjustment of some apartment/tenant numbers to reflect the current site plan; and modifications to allow the same commercial uses permitted under the CM zoning designation in the Zoning Ordinance – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
    d. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for proposed text amendment to Table 19-304 to establish design standards for Multi-family Projects located outside of the Architectural Districts – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
    e. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for proposed text amendment to Article 10 of the Zoning Ordinance to specify that Light Fixtures should be measured in lumens or foot candles instead of watts – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
    f. Consider a Proposal from Design South Professionals for Storm Drain Evaluation and Replacement Design at the Cochran Road Wastewater Treatment Plant – Mr. Benjie McGill, Utilities Director.
    g. Consider and ratify Change Order work from Lazer Construction for additional earthwork at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Office – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.
    h. Consider a correction and permission to assign Waste Water Reservation Agreement for 412 College Avenue Project – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning & Codes Administrator. 
    i. Consider an Easement Agreement for Access, Utilities and Drainage over a 20 ft. strip of City property between 412 College Avenue and state owner portion of College Avenue – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning & Codes Administrator.
    j. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for Robinson Street Abandonment and Transfer Section from White Lane to Stone Circle Access Property – Ms. Mary McCormac, City Attorney.
    k. Consider including the Foothills Conservatory for the Performing Arts as a non-profit eligible to advertise on the City Hall message board – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.
