The City of Clemson will host public hearings on the following items:
2018-R-01: Proposed Text amendment of Article IV - Non-Residential Districts and District Regulations of Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances (Zoning Regulations: CP-3 Highway Commercial District).
Proposed Annexation: Property-owner requested annexation of Parcel #227-00-02-001 (Oconee County), Lot 8 of Hartwell Village commercial development, into the City of Clemson. Initial zoning: R-20 Residential District.
2018-R-02: Proposed Map amendment to rezone Parcel #227-00-02-001 from R-20 Residential District to CP-3 Highway Commercial District.
The hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at the City of Clemson City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018.
The session will also include an overview of the proposed changes by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.
