    a. Building and Site Review:

        1) 2016-AR-09: Applicant Frank Cortese is requesting a final review of plans to construct a 16,000 square foot project at the corner of College Avenue and Keith Street.

        2) 2017-AR-01: Applicant Two Blue Stallions LLC is requesting a conceptual review of plans to upfit an existing building located at 1007 Tiger Blvd to house a restaurant.
