6. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Receive a report on the Cochran Road WWTP bid results and adjusted revenues required to fund the project – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
b. Receive a report from representatives of the Capital Projects Steering Committee regarding advancement of the new Arts Center building, expansion of the Clemson Area African-American Museum, and a third gymnasium with a Community Capital Campaign for partial funding of the projects – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
c. Receive the Summary of FY 2017-2018 Year End Financial Report – City Administrator Rick Cotton & Finance Director Joel Seavey.
d. Discuss the proposed revisions to the Comp Plan Update schedule – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
e. Staff and Council reports.
7. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Consider a Resolution for a Lease Supplement Agreement with New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (AT&T) to install small cell communications equipment at 310 N. Clemson Avenue within the City of Clemson – IT Director Lowell Arwood & Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
b. Consider a request from Hospice of the Foothills Christmas Tree Festival to be included as one of the non-profit agencies allowed to use the electronic message board – Assistant City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
c. Consider full funding of a recent request from the Clemson Child Development Center for emergency purchase of a replacement dishwasher and refrigerator from the City’s Community Development Program Income Account ($5000 additional funding) – Mayor Cook.
d. Consider 1st Reading of 2018-R-15 Proposed Text Amendment to Chapter 19, AR Standards for Churches – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
e. Consider 1st Reading of 2018-R-14 Proposed Text Amendment to Chapter 19. AR Standards for Signs – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
f. Discuss change of meeting time and date for City Council regular meeting of November 19, 2018 (PCMA annual banquet is at 7:00 p.m. on same date) – Mayor Cook.
