1. Call to Order

2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance – Council Member Hay

3. Public Session – Receive public comments that may or may not be on this agenda

4. Approval of Minutes – November 19, 2018

5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive an update from the Green Crescent Trail Committee – Planning & Codes Director, Todd Steadman.
    b. Staff and Council reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:
    a. Consider a request from the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce to waive parking regulations in Downtown Clemson from December 14th through January 3rd to encourage local shopping during the Christmas season – City Administrator Rick Cotton.

7. Executive Session:
    a. Receive a report from City Attorney Mary McCormac on a legal matter – SC Code 30-4-70(a)(2).
    b. Discuss personnel issue – SC Code 30-4-70(a)(1).

NOTE: Upon returning to regular session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
