     a.  Building and Site Review:

          1)   2017-AR-04:  Applicant Larry Babb, Greenville Aluminum Products is requesting a final review of plans to build a partial canopy on the top level of Backstreets Pub and Grill, located at 102 Earle Street.

          2)   2017-AR-01:  Applicant Two Blue Stallions LLC is requesting a final review of plans to upfit an existing building located at 1007 Tiger Blvd to house a restaurant.

          3)   2017-AR-02:  Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a conceptual review of plans to build a mixed-use development located at 405 College Avenue.

          4)   2017-AR-03:  Applicant Spirit Communications is requesting a final review of plans to install 6 cellular nodes in City of Clemson Right-of-Ways along College Avenue and Highway 123.
