     a.  Building and Site Review:

          1)   2017-AR-05:  Applicant Walter and Melissa Cherry is requesting final approval of a new building mounted sign and a new black canopy above window of retail store located at 362 College Avenue.

          2)   2017-AR-02:  Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a preliminary review of plans to build a mixed-use development located at 405 College Avenue.
