1. Call to Order

2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Cook

3. Public Session – Receive public comments that may or may not be on this agenda

4. Approval of Minutes – February 18, 2019

5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive a report from Ms. Linda Law regarding the Better Angels group in Clemson. See attached Greenville News background story about this discussion process – Council Member Smith.
    b. Mr. Paul Caine, representing The Brewery Development Group, to provide a status report and update on plans and schedule for the redevelopment of the former Astro Theater property – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    c. Staff and Council reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:
    a. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance calling for the correction of and delineation of certain property lines and roadways within the City limits of Clemson, South Carolina – City Attorney McCormac.
    b. Consider Bid results and a bid award in the amount of $162,613 to Long & Sons Utility Company, LLC. for the 2019 Water & Sewer rehabilitation project – Assistant City Engineer Chris Shivar.
    c. Consider approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Pickens County and Pickens County Municipalities concerning the allocation of the Pickens County Vehicle Maintenance Fee Collections – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
    d. Establish a date and time for a Council Work Session about the redevelopment of Clemson Park, including a review of the 2016 conceptual plan and to receive public input/comments about options for Clemson Park – City Council.

7. Executive Session:
    a. Receive an update and discuss the status of the Fire Suppression contract negotiations with Clemson University, SC Code of Laws Section 30-4-70 (a)(2): Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements – City Administrator Rick Cotton.

NOTE: Upon returning to regular session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
