Notice of Public Hearing March 18, 2019

The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, on 2018-R-18, a proposed text amendment to Article IV (Non-residential Districts and District Regulations) of Chapter 19 (Zoning) of the Code of Ordinances. 

As drafted, the proposed amendment will add Pre-schools as a permitted use in the C (General Commercial) and CM (Commercial Mixed-use) Districts; and Student Fellowship Areas as a permitted use in the C (General Commercial) District.

The session will include an overview of the proposed changes presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.  Copies of the draft amendment may be obtained by clicking the link below.
