1. Call to Order

2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance – Council Member Cox

3. Public Session – Receive public comments that may or may not be on this agenda

4. Approval of Minutes –March 4, 2019

5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive the summary document from the City Council Planning Work Session that was held on March 8, 2019 – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
    b. Staff and Council reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:
    a. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed amendment of Short Term Rental Standards – Zoning & Codes Administrator Jacob Peabody.
    b. Consider an Agreement between the City of Clemson and Clemson University for Fire Suppression Services, which shall be for a three year term starting July 1, 2019 – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
    c. Consider an Architectural Services Agreement for the expansion and renovation of Littlejohn Community Center – Assistant City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    d. Consider the request of the Clemson Debate Team for financial assistance in hosting the National Championship Collegiate Debate Tournament to be hosted in Clemson in April – Mayor Cook.
    e. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance that establishes standards and regulations related to the installation and maintenance, appearance and fees related to the placement of small cell antennas of wireless phone and data companies within the rights-of-way of the City of Clemson – City Administrator Rick Cotton.

7. Executive Session:
    a. Discuss contractual arrangements and negotiations of contract with Clemson University for CATBus transit services, SC Code of Laws Section 30-4-70 (a)(2) – City Administrator Rick Cotton.

NOTE: Upon returning to regular session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
