Notice of Public Hearing April 10, 2019

The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing and second reading at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10th, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, on a proposed text amendment to Chapter 17.5 (Telecommunications) of the Code of Ordinances. 

As drafted, the proposed amendment will establish standards for small wireless facilities and infrastructure proposed to be located in a public right-of-way or on public land.

The session will include an overview of the proposed standards presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.  For a link to the proposed text amendment, go to www.cityofclemson.org and click on the Notice of Public Hearing article.

Anyone unable to attend may also submit questions and comments to Art Holbrooks, City Planner, at aholbrooks@cityofclemson.org.
