The Clemson City Council will hold two public hearings described below on May 6, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall:

At 5:30 p.m. a public hearing will be held on 2019-R-02 Proposed Map Amendment (Rezoning). As proposed, a .49 acre parcel (TMP# 4054-12-97-0375) located near the intersection of Berkeley Drive and Old Greenville Highway would be rezoned from R-20 Single-family Residential District to RM-3 Multi-family Residential District.

At 6:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held on 2019-R-01 Proposed Text Amendment (Bed & Breakfast Inns with Events). As drafted, the proposed text amendment will establish standards for permitting Bed and Breakfast Inns to provide expanded services in certain residential districts.

The sessions will include an overview of the proposed standards presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input. Copies of documents can be obtained at www.cityofclemson/Departments/PlanningandCodes.
