  1. Action Items
    a.  Building and Site Review:

            ​     1)  2019-AR-05:  Applicant Michael McDonald, 389 College Avenue LLC, is requesting final approval for the renovation of the existing Astro Theater building located at 403 College Avenue
                 2)  2019-AR-06:  Applicant Bruce Culver Jr is requesting preliminary approval for the construction of an Arby’s Restaurant to be located at 854 Old Greenville Highway.

Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Agenda items presentation.
