    a. Receive a report from Kade Herrick, Tourism Director for the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce on the 2019 Spring Break Rowing Program – Assistant City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    b. Receive the Budget Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Ordinance Reading and Publication timeline – Finance Director Joel Seavey.
    c. Staff and Council reports.

7. Policy/Action Agenda:
    a. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed Map Amendment on 2019-R-02 (Rezoning) – Zoning & Codes Administrator Jacob Peabody.
