     a.  Building and Site Review:

1)  2019-AR-07:  Applicant Peter Matsko is requesting preliminary/final approval for the construction of an outdoor cooler and wall to screen it at an existing restaurant located at 102 Earle Street

2)  2019-AR-06:  Applicant Bruce Culver Jr is requesting final approval for the construction of an Arby’s Restaurant to be located at 854 Old Greenville Highway.
 

Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Agenda items presentation.
