b. Public Hearing:
1) 2019-AR-15: Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a variance from AR Standard Table 19-1110 b.1: Color schemes shall be limited to a maximum of four colors, including accent colors.
2) 2019-AR-16: Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a variance from AR Standard Table 19-1110 a. 4: Accessory buildings shall use the same building materials and color schemes as the principal structure.
3) 2019-AR-17: Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a variance from AR Standard Table 19-1110 c. 6: A 10’ façade step-back shall be incorporated into the design of structures in the Cultural Core with frontage on any other public right-of-way beginning at the third floor or 30’ whichever is lesser.
4) 2019-AR-18: Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a variance from AR Standard Table 19-1110 c. 30: The exterior façade of parking structures shall be subject to the same design requirements specified for other structures as provided by this Article as to materials, articulation and fenestration if visible from a public right-of-way or an adjacent property; however, the use of green walls or art installations to address the façade appearance may be considered by the BAR in lieu of the other requirements.
