a. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code, Section 2-44 Order of Business – City Clerk Beverly Coleman
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code, Section 14-1 through 14-5 Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee – City Council.

Other Policy Items:
a. Consider purchase of a new mini-pumper truck for the Fire Substation on Issaqueena Trail – Assistant City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Consider approval of a contract between the City of Clemson and Jumper, Carter & Sease Architects, PA, for architectural services for the expansion and renovation of the Clemson Police Station building – Mayor Cook.
c. Consider bid results and award of bid in the amount of $182,803 to HDH Construction Group LLC for the Central/Clemson Recreation Center Parking Expansion Project – Assistant City Engineer Chris Shivar.
d. Consider a proposed change order for increased quantities of several items required for the completion of the Tiger Boulevard Force Main Project to specification in the amount of $31,005 – Assistant City Engineer Chris Shivar.
