     a.  Building and Site Review:

            1)  2019-AR-28:  Applicant Integrity Engineering, Anthony Lynch is requesting preliminary approval for the rebuilding of an existing restaurant located at 1065 Tiger Blvd.

     b.  Public Hearing:

            1)  2019-AR-29:  Applicant Integrity Engineering, Anthony Lynch is requesting a Variance from Architectural Standards Table 19-1110 1.b.4 – Driveway width      

      Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Action Items presentation.

4.  Discussion on Ordinance Changes

     a.  Expiration date for BAR approvals.

     b.  Standards for accessory structures.

     c.   Criteria for implementation of BAR standards.
