Approval of Minutes – November 4, 2019; November 13, 2019

Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Report from Adam Chapman, Planning Director for Oconee County, on the Oconee County Hwy 123 Corridor Study between County line and Seneca – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    b. Report/update on the progress of the Green Crescent Trail from Chad Carson.

Policy/Action Agenda (Receive public comments per item)

Ordinances:
    a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance creating a specific location(s) near College Avenue, in downtown Clemson, for rideshare staging, pick-ups and drop-offs, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., to be in a designated rideshare location on McHugh Street – Police Chief Jimmy Dixon.
    b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend Sec. 5-1 Codes adopted of building and related codes effective January 1, 2020 – Building Codes Official, Stacey Blackwell.

Other Policy Items:
    a. Consider a request from the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce to waive parking regulations in Downtown Clemson from December 16, 2019 through January 6, 2020 to encourage local shopping during the Christmas season.
    b. Consider Bid results and award of bid to L-W Inc. in the amount of $149,405 for the Creekview Drinking Water Distribution Rehabilitation Project – Assistant City Engineer Chris Shivar.

Mayor-Council reports/comments/new business
    a. Consider an Ordinance that would allow for street performers at designated locations in Downtown Clemson – Council Member Halfacre.

Executive Session:
    a. Discuss negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and proposed sale of purchase of property, SC Code of Laws, Sec. 30-4-70(a)(2) – City Attorney Mary McCormac.
