     a.  Public Hearing:

            1)  2019-AR-29:  Applicant Integrity Engineering, Anthony Lynch is requesting a Variance from Architectural Standards Table 19-1110 1.b.4 – Driveway width      

            2)  2019-AR-30:  Applicant Integrity Engineering, Anthony Lynch is requesting a Variance from Architectural Standards Table 19-1110 2.cc.22 – Building Entrance Inset

     b.  Building and Site Review:

            1)  2019-AR-28:  Applicant Integrity Engineering, Anthony Lynch is requesting final approval for the rebuilding of an existing restaurant located at 1065 Tiger Blvd.

            2)  2019-AR-31:  Applicant Joe Delaney is requesting preliminary approval for a proposed child day care facility to be located at 216 Frontage Road.

            3)  2019-AR-08:  Applicant Joshua A Godwin in requesting preliminary approval for the placement of a new utility pole with a small cell node on top within the Right-of-Way of  100 Red Hill Court.
