Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive a presentation from Ms. Elaine Masceri, representing “Build a Better Clemson” group – Council Member Halfacre.
    b. Discuss the concept of a community visioning and master plan for the City of Clemson – Council Member McGuire.
    c. Staff Reports

Policy/Action Agenda (Receive public comments per item)

Ordinances:
    a. Consider 3rd Reading of an Ordinance creating a specific location(s) near College Avenue, in downtown Clemson, for rideshare staging, pick-ups and drop-offs, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., to be in a designated rideshare location on McHugh Street – Police Chief Jimmy Dixon.
    b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for the City of Clemson’s Comprehensive Plan 5-Year Update – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.

Other Policy Items:
    a. Consider a Resolution to designate matching funds for a grant application and to allow a trail system to be constructed inside Clemson Park – Assistant City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Mayor-Council reports/comments/new business

Executive Session:
    a. Discuss negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and proposed sale of purchase of property, SC Code of Laws, Sec. 30-4-70(a)(2) – Council Member Cato.
    b. Receive a legal briefing on legal advice where the legal advice relates to a pending matter covered by the attorney-client privilege to a pending, threatened, or potential claim or other matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, SC Code of Laws, Sec. 30-4-70(a)(2) – City Attorney Mary McCormac.
