The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing on 2019-R-08 (Density, Open Space, Impervious Surface) at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1250 Tiger Blvd., Clemson, SC 29631.  As drafted, the proposal addresses a series of density, green/open space, and impervious surface standards in non-residential districts, and provides clarification related to setbacks needed for emergency access.

An overview of the proposed changes will be presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.  The link at the end of this Notice is for the proposed text changes.   

Anyone unable to attend may also submit questions and comments on the matter to the Planning and Codes Administration Department.
