a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance that authorizes, under specific provision, street performers and performances at specific locations along College Avenue in downtown Clemson- Council Member Halfacre
b. Consider 1st Reading of a proposed text amendment to the parking reduction ordinance- Planning and Codes Director Todd Steadman

Resolutions:
a. Consider Resolution 2020-001 to approve the representative authority to conduct business on behalf of the City of Clemson with First Citizens Bank and Trust Company.- Finance Director, Joel Seavey
b. Consider Resolution 2020-002 to designate First Citizens Bank and Trust Company as the designated depository for the City of Clemson and establish authorized signers for the checking accounts held there. -Finance Director, Joel Seavey
