BOIL WATER ADVISORY TO RESIDENTS OF Residents of Ashley Road, Hyde Lane, Colleton Court, Carteret Court, and A lbermar/e Drive located in the City of Clemson.

The City of Clemson advises the residents of Ashley Road, Hyde Lane, Colleton Court, Carteret Court, and Albermarle Drive located in the City of Clemson, located in Pickens County, to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to drinking or cooking. Residents should continue to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to drinking or cooking until otherwise notified by the City of Clemson. Also, any ice made from water which has not been boiled should not be used for drinking purposes. This advisory is being issued as a precaution only due to low water pressure caused by a water main break on Ashley Drive. The City of Clemson is presently working to correct the problem. The City of Clemson has taken samples throughout this area. Water sample testing should be completed around 4:00p.m. on Friday, January 17th. Please check the City of Clemson website at http://www.citvofclemson.org after 4:00 p.m. for the sample results.
