            a.  Building and Site Review:        

      1)  2020-AR-03:  Applicant Jesse Smith is requesting preliminary/final approval of a proposed awning and sign package for a business located at 104 Keith Street.

      2)  2020-AR-01:  Applicant Carrols LLC, Tom Brogan is requesting final approval for the proposed Burger King restaurant to be located in the northeast parking lot of 500 Old                               Greenville Hwy.

            b.  Public Hearing:

      1)  2020-AR-02:  Applicant Integrity Engineering, Anthony Lynch is requesting a Variance from Architectural Standards Table 19-1110 1.b.4 – Driveway width
