a. Consider an easement request to the US Army Corps of Engineers from 405 College Avenue to place a Stormwater line on USACE property – Stormwater Manager Nathan Hinkle.
b. Consider appointment of Andy Blondeau as the Alternate Commissioner for the City of Clemson to the Anderson Regional Joint Water System – Utilities Director Benjie McGill.
c. Consider awarding Trehel a Construction Manager at Risk Contract for the renovation and expansion of the Police Station – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
