City of Clemson Municipal Court

The City of Clemson Municipal Court is closed to the public until further notice. Due to an Order issued by the South Carolina Chief Justice, all scheduled hearings are postponed until further notice. If the State of Emergency is lifted, all trials will be rescheduled for May or June.
The Court is reaching out to everyone by sending out notification letters, the letters are being mailed to the address listed on the citation(s). Should this not be your correct mailing address please contact the court.
Each person has the right to appear in court, to argue his or her case. You also have the right to be represented by an Attorney. If you cannot afford an Attorney, we will be glad to assist you with the application for a Public Defender.
