Approval of Minutes – June 1, 2020 & June 5, 2020

Reports/Discussion Agenda:
   a . Discuss conducting an organizational diversity audit of the City – Council Member McGuire.
   b . Discuss a request to the US Army Corps of Engineers from Dockside to place a storm water outfall on USACE property – Assistant City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
   c . Discuss a partnership with the New Hope Baptist Church to relocate the New Hope School – Council Member Smith.
   d . Staff Reports

Ordinances:
   a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for the proposed fiscal year 2020/2021 operating budget for the City of Clemson – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Resolutions:
    a. Consider a Resolution to adopt a Safety Management Plan for CATbus – CAT Director Sammy Grant.

Other Policy Items:
   a. Consider a date and time for a Public Hearing on a proposed text amendment 2020-R-03 Channel Letters – City Planner Art Holbrooks.
   b. Consider a public art collaboration with Clemson University located at the Calhoun Bridge Center – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
   c. Consider allocating $5,500 from Hospitality Tax Funds to refund registration fees for summer art camp – Clemson Arts Center Director Joan Phillips.
   d. Consider a design services contract with POND for phase 1 of the Green Crescent Trail – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
   e. Consider an amendment to the Development Strategies strategic plan services agreement – Steering Committee Chair, Bob Brookover.
