Approval of Minutes – December 7, 2020

Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive a COVID-19 impact financial update – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    b. Receive a report on proposed changes to the Arts & Cultural Commission Ordinance – Arts Center Director Joan Phillips.
    c. Receive a report on recommended changes to the All Star Coach selection process – Parks & Rec Director Jay Bennett.
    d. Staff Reports –
        1. Set a Public Hearing date for rezoning 44 acres off Vickery Drive – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
        2. Set a date for a Work Session to discuss Annexations – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.

Ordinances:
    a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed annexation TMP# 4045-20-80-8845; subdivided from # 4045-20-90-1747 concurrent with zoning to RM-3 – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed change to the Land Development Regulations to more clearly define the manner in which private streets shall be allowed and/or accepted into the City – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    c. Consider an approval of an Emergency Ordinance to extend the requirement for face coverings in the City of Clemson – City Attorney Mary McCormac.
Resolutions:
    a. Consider a Resolution abandoning a portion of Stoney Creek Drive to allow Police Department addition to be code compliant – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
Other Policy Items:
    a. Consider Accommodations Tax allocation recommendations from the Accommodations Tax Committee – Finance Director Joel Seavey.
    b. Consider bid award for bus shelter installations – Budget & Grants Administrator Heather Lollis.
