Issaqueena Trail Resurfacing Update

Issaqueena Trail Resurfacing Update

We have received the following update from SCDOT:

Rogers Group will be mobilizing to the project next week to start rehabilitating Issaqueena Trail.  Road work will be taking place until the project is complete sometime near the end of July 2021 pending weather and other delays.  The traveling public can expect to see temporary lane closures throughout the daytime along Issaqueena Trail.  The lane closures may extend up to 2 miles long, and will disrupt normal traffic flow.  The traveling public could be stopped for up to 7.5 minutes prior to entering the lane closures.  It is recommended that the traveling public take a different route if possible to minimize traffic backups.  The traveling public should drive safely and cautiously throughout the work zone so that the workers and the traveling public remain safe.
