Reports/Discussion Agenda
a. Receive a Joint City University Advisory Board report from Clemson University VP & Dean of Students Chris Miller – Mayor Halfacre.
b. Receive a “Visit Clemson” update from Clemson Area Chamber Tourism Director Kade Herrick – Mayor Halfacre
c. Discuss an amendment to the City Code of Ordinances to create a separate offense for bias-based crime – Council Member Smith.
d. Discuss creating an Emergency Face Covering Ordinance that could be enacted based on local conditions in the event of a surge in COVID-19 cases – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
e. Discuss adopting revised ClemsonNext White Paper strategies as recommended by the ClemsonNext Traffic and non-Student Housing work groups – ClemsonNext Project Mgr. Shannon Quattlebaum.

a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to rezone two parcels (TMP #4064-06-28-8745 and #4064-06-37-6964) located on Vickery Drive from RM-12 Single Family Residential District to RM-1 Two Family Residential District – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to adopt the FY 2021-2022 Budget – City Administrator Andy Blondeau and Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
Other Policy Items:
a. Consider a request from the Friends of the Green Crescent Trail to install six “Walk Your
City” signs in the Public Right of Way – Friends of the Green Crescent Trail Member Chad
Carson.
b. Consider a request for support of the 2021 Wreaths Across America Event from Ann Warmuth – Mayor Halfacre.
