Notice of Public Hearings
The City of Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The hearing topic is detailed below.
Please note that the public can again attend City of Clemson public meetings in person. COVID Protocol will be in place for social distancing. You can view these livestreamed meetings on the City of Clemson's YouTube channel. Comments may be submitted in person or by telephone dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time; or, submitted to staff no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
The session will include an overview of the topic presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input. Copies of documents may be accessed from the online city calendar of upcoming events. Contact the Planning and Codes Administration Department for more information.

2021-R-04 Proposed Text Amendment (Strategic Plan Ordinance #1)
The proposed text amendment will amend Chapter 19 (Zoning) of City Code as part of the effort to facilitate the implementation of recommendations of the Strategic Plan delivered to the City in November of 2020.
