How to Submit Public Comments
1. In person during appropriate portions of meetings
2. To staff until no later than 5:00 p.m. on the afternoon of the meeting.
3. By telephone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

a. Building and Site Review:
1) 2021-AR-11: Applicant Matt Beyer is requesting preliminary/final approval of proposed sign at 282 College Ave.
2) 2021-AR-08: Applicant James Klugo is requesting preliminary/final approval of proposed new windows and storefront at 366 College Ave.
3) 2021-AR-09: Applicant John Agostino is requesting preliminary approval to add a sign, sidewalk and deck, and replace the window solution with a glass panel garage door at 101 Keith St.
4) 2021-AR-03: Applicant Chesley White is requesting preliminary approval of the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new building at 354 College Ave.
5) 2021-AR-10: Applicant Interplan LLC, Donna Brown, is requesting preliminary approval to remodel the existing Chick-Fil-A with a building addition.
