    a. Update on recommendations
    b. Continue meeting weekly as a large group? Or break into smaller project groups and stay updated via email/website
    c. Small group projects;
        i. Conduct an impact fee study (staff)
       ii. Explore updating PD regulations: offering developer incentives as another funding mechanism for public facilities and possibly add/update BAR’s role in PD approval in catalyst areas (green space, height variances, density) (Bob, David, Chris, staff)
      iii. Explore revision of city ordinances and regulations
