How to Submit Public Comments
1. In person during appropriate portions of meetings
2. On the City’s MyCivic web platform no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Click Here and select Public Meeting Comments – BAR, BZA, Planning Commission.
3. By telephone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

1) 2021-AR-13: Applicant Dave Smith is requesting preliminary/final approval of proposed sign with
internally illuminated channel letters mounted on raceway and windows/door graphics at 384 College
Ave.
2) 2021-AR-14: Applicant Jennifer Sanders is requesting preliminary/final approval of proposed
awning for storefront at 106 N Clemson Ave.
3) 2021-AR-03: Applicant Chesley White is requesting final approval of the demolition of an existing
building and construction of a new building at 354 College Ave.
4) Vote to amend current by-laws to allow absentee voting and deadline for submitting
sign approvals.
