How to make a public comment:
1.  In person
2.  On the City's MyCivic web platform (up to 2pm the day of the meeting).  Click Here 
3.  Call in by phone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

Approval of Minutes – August 16, 2021 and August 20, 2021

Reports/Discussion Agenda
a. Discuss an Ordinance requiring that persons and/or entities desiring water and/or sewer service at locations outside the City’s corporate boundaries may be provided such service at the City’s sole discretion and must submit a petition or annexation or execute an annexation covenant to run with the property or both – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
b. Set a date for a work session to discuss the Planning Commission’s recommendations for a new zoning designation - RM1A district – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman. 
c. Receive a report from the Friends of the Green Crescent Trail member Chad Carson – Council Member Brookover.

Ordinances:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to establish a maximum speed limit for City streets – Police Chief Jorge Campos.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code for procurement to be eligible for State and Federal Grants – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
Other Policy Items
a. Consider for approval suspension of the open container laws within the gated event area for the Rock the Block events on Thomas Green Blvd. in September and October 2021 – Community and Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
b. Consider for approval a Resolution designating a contact person for the American Rescue Plan funding – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
c. Consider for approval an Agreement between the City of Clemson and Abel Baptist Church for overflow parking for persons attending Littlejohn Community Center – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
d. Consider an Agreement with Development Strategies for the Upper College Avenue Redevelopment Workshops – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
e. Consider any amendments necessary for the current Mask Ordinance – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
