How to make a public comment:
1.  In person
2.  On the City's MyCivic web platform (up to 2pm the day of the meeting).  Click Here 
3.  Call in by phone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

Ordinances:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed map amendment to rezone .49 acre parcel (#4054-12-97-0375) located at the intersection of Berkeley Drive and Old Greenville Hwy at Cambridge Creek from R-20 Single-family District to RM-3 Multi-family district – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to allow residential by right development that permits mixed use structures as conditional uses in the C and CM Districts, with the existing ban on residential development in CP-1 and CP-2 continued unless done as a planned development – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
c. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend City Code Sec. 18-27 Traffic – Designated Parking Areas, to include Keith Street between Sloan Street and College Avenue for Ride Share activity and correct the road name to McHugh Lane – Police Chief Jorge Campos.
d. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend Sec. 15-5 Economic Development Advisory Committee – Community & Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton. 
e. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend City Code Sec. 2-64 Police Advisory Board – Composition; Appointment, to change the Daniel High School Member to a Clemson Resident, currently enrolled in a secondary school program between the ages of 15 and 18 – Police Chief Jorge Campos.
f. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to form a new Housing and Community Life Commission of Council – Council Member Fulmer.
g. Consider repealing/amending the Ordinance requiring face coverings (Masks) at indoor locations of schools, pre-schools, kindergartens, and daycares within the City limits of Clemson – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Resolution:
a. Consider a Resolution to adopt the City’s Safety Manual – Human Resource Coordinator Tracy Taylor.

Other Policy Items
a. Consider approval of the 2022 employee health insurance plan for medical, dental and vision – Human Resource Coordinator Tracy Taylor.
b. Consider adopting The Public Arts & Culture Commission Public Art Plan – The Arts Center Executive Director Joan Phillips.

Executive Session
a. Consider the recommendation of the City Administrator for the City Engineer position. SC Code of Laws Sec. 30-4-70 (a)(1), Discussion of employment, appointment, compensation, promotion, demotion, discipline, or release of an employee. 
b. Legal briefing from City Attorney. Section 30-4-70 (a)(2) Receipt of legal advice covered by attorney client privilege and discussion of matters related to pending or potential claim. 
Note: Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session
