How to Submit Public Comments
1. In person during appropriate portions of meetings
2. On the City’s MyCivic web platform no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Click Here and select Public Meeting Comments – BAR, BZA, Planning Commission.
3. By telephone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

a. Building and Site Review:
1) 2021-AR-10: Applicant Interplan LLC, Donna Brown, is requesting final approval to remodel the
existing Chick-Fil-A site plan and a building addition.
2) 2019-AR-25: Applicant Fountain Residential is requesting final approval for the sign package,
hardscape plan, and landscape plan for the Clemson Dockside project at 894 Tiger Blvd.
3) 2018-AR-19: Applicant Pavilion Development is requesting an extension of their previously
approved plan for the parking structure at 403 College Ave.
4) 2021-AR-09: Applicant John Agostino is requesting final approval to add a sign, sidewalk and deck,
and replace a window with a glass panel garage door at 101 Keith St.
