1. In person during appropriate portions of meetings
2. On the City’s MyCivic web platform no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Click Here and select Public Meeting Comments – BAR, BZA, Planning Commission.
3. By telephone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

1) 2021-AR-12: Applicant Dan Sherer is requesting approval of revisions to the original BAR
submittal for the Astro building due to changes in tenant and to simplify the project at 403 College Ave.
2) 2018-AR-11: Applicant Pavilion Development is requesting a review of a proposed modification
of the Shepherd Hotel to allow a railing plan for the roof of the building at 110 Sloan St.
