1.  In person
2.  On the City's MyCivic web platform (up to 2pm the day of the meeting).  Click Here 
3.  Call in by phone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

a. Discuss a personnel review; SC Code of Laws Sec. 30-4-70 (a)(1), Discussion of employment, appointment, compensation, promotion, demotion, discipline, or release of an employee.
b. Discuss Uptown Redevelopment Concepts; SC Code of Laws Sec. 30-4-70 (a)(2) Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual agreements, proposed sale or purchase of property.
Note: Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session

b. Receive the Annual Police Report – Police Chief Campos.
c. Receive a report from City Engineer and Community & Economic Development Coordinator concerning the 2022 Alternative Transportation week proposal – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
d. Discuss local conditions and assess the need to reinstate the Mask Ordinance – Council Member McGuire.
e. Receive a progress report on the ClemsonNext updates – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte

Ordinances:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to edit the Comprehensive Plan, Sec. 15-21 to clean up formatting, numbering, grammatical errors and to remove redundancies – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend the Housing and Community Life Committee, Sec. 15-6, clarifying residency eligibility to include the Bishop Branch voting district in Anderson County – Community & Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code for Special Events Business Licenses in Chapter 12 Occupational Licenses, Taxes and Regulations – City Clerk Beverly Coleman.
d. Consider any action necessary to respond to COVID-19 – Council Member McGuire. 

Resolution
a. Consider a Resolution directing the Planning Commission to conduct a review of and make recommendations for an amended Capital Improvements Plan and revised Impact Fee Ordinance in accordance with South Carolina Development Fee Act (the Act), S.C. Code of Law § 6-1-910 – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.

Other Policy Items
a. Consider a second amendment to the shared parking agreement for the Shepherd Hotel – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
