Approval of Minutes – May 16, 2022

Reports/Discussion Agenda
a. Discuss an Ordinance to amend Sec. 4-1 and 4-6 of the City Code to add the definition of Animal Tethering and add Animal Shelter requirements; add Sec. 4-9 Regulations for Animal Tethering and Penalty – Police Chief Campos & Police Advisory Board.
b. Receive a proposal for an engineering design improvements report for Pump Stations 5 and 7 along with gravity line upgrades to Pump Station 7. This report will have specific projects identified and ready to make application for potential state grants with 85% ARPA funding. This report will be submitted to SCDHEC for inclusion on the SRF Clean Water Comprehensive Priority List – Utilities Director Benjie McGill.
c. Discuss allowing food trucks to participate in City events through a temporary suspension of the Food Truck Ordinance – Council Member Watt.
d. Discuss a City Garden Shed Mural Project at the Clemson Park – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.

a. Consider a Contractual Agreement between the Pier dba Core SVA Seneca Edinburg, LLC, TCTC, and the City of Clemson for CATBus services in fiscal year 2022-2023 – Transit General Mgr.,  CEO Sammy Grant.
b. Consider a Contractual Agreement between the Highpoint HOA Flats and TCTC and the City of Clemson for CATBus services in fiscal year 2022-2023 – Transit General Mgr., CEO Sammy Grant.
c. Consider a Contractual Agreement between Clemson University and the City of Clemson for CATBus services in fiscal year 2022-2023 – Transit General Mgr., CEO Sammy Grant.

a. Consider a request to approve budget variances for the FY 2020-2021 audited financial statements – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
