Provide estimate to supply equipment and labor to install HVAC system. Licensed contractors will be required to obtain permits, business license (City of Clemson), provide proof of insurance, Workman's Compensation, and W-9, if awarded the project. Interested contractors should contact Ron Stewart (rstewart@cityofclemson.org) or Cody Lingefelt (clingefelt@cityofclemson.org) to set up an appointment to bid the job. This is a secured area that requires an escort at all times.
