Ordinances:
a. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code Chapter 13. Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions - Sec. 13-9 Disorderly Conduct – Police Chief Campos.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code Chapter 12. Occupational Licenses, Taxes and Regulations - Sec. Sec. 12-141-145 Collections – City Clerk Beverly Coleman.

Other Policy Items:
a. Consider acceptance of Old Stone Church Road (S-39-22) between Pendleton Road and US 76 from SCDOT and all associated Right-of-Ways – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
b. Consider a Resolution accepting the dedication of roads and sidewalks in Phases III-C, IV, VII, VIII, IV-A, IV-B and Thomas Green Boulevard of Patrick Square and associated rights of way and easements – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
c. Consider a Resolution encouraging the South Carolina General Assembly to adopt H. 3014, Clementa C. Pinkney Hate Crimes Act – Mayor Halfacre.
d. Consider adopting a new fee structure for pickle ball at the Central Clemson Indoor Recreation Center – Facilities Director Pete Becker.

Executive Session
a. Receive a legal briefing from City Attorney on a mediation plan; a request for a South Carolina Attorney General’s Opinion; and pending litigation - SC Code Sec. 30-4-70 (a)(2).
