c. Recognize the founding Friends of CAAAM Board Members and introduce the newly elected members – Council Member Smith.
d. Discuss the proposed Sidewalk and Bikeway CIP list – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.

a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code Chapter 13. Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions - Sec. 13-9 Disorderly Conduct – Police Chief Jorge Campos.

a. Consider a budget transfer for Camp Clemson – The Arts Center Director Joan Phillips.
