b. Receive a report from the Uptown small work group – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to adopt the FY 2023-2024 operating budget – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to increase parking violation fines – Economic and Community Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
c. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to increase rental fees for long and short term rentals in Chapter 13 Article III Rental Housing Regulations and Article IV Short-term Residential Rentals – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.

Other Policy Items
a. Consider a Contractual Agreement between the City of Clemson and Clemson University for CATBus services in FY 2023-2024 – Transit Interim Director Jerry Kerns.
b. Consider authorizing Police Chief Campos to enter into a contract with the School District of Pickens County for the SRO position – Chief Campos.
c. Consider a Resolution to retire Police K-9 Jekyll and relinquish ownership to Sgt. Brenda Link – Chief Campos.
d. Consider the action of the Planning Commission on proposed Signet Tiger Realty Planned Development – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
e. Consider a recommendation from the Planning Commission to adopt new impact fees as presented by Tischler Bise – Planning & Development Director Nathan Woods.
f. Consider a Resolution committing the City of Clemson to provide a local match for the Red Hill Neighborhood Waterline Replacement Project – Assist. City Administrator Allison Gantte.
